A healthy ecosystem requires regular rejuvenation to support its vitality. This comes in many forms – growth, pruning, transplanting. Traces of the original remain, but there is no denying the change.

Nowhere is the lack of cultivation more evident than in my long neglected personal site. So today I start my blog anew.

I plan to provide reflections on my interests and fancies – books I read, art and design I enjoy, personal style, leadership, family; my goal is to provide you, dear reader, with what I hope are inspirational, motivational, and occasionally comical stories that you connect with.

And what better way to begin than by introducing the newest addition to our family – Nico. Born October 20th, I nearly had the pleasure of delivering him into the world myself! He is the joy of the family, and we all look forward to future adventures with him.
